This policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit this website. It describes only what actually takes place on this website.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Oderland Webbhotell AB in Sweden. The servers are located within the European Union; no transfer to third countries takes place. The host processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system details. This data serves the technical operation and security of the website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the stable and secure operation of the website. The log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

4. Cookies

Without your consent, only technically necessary cookies are set. Analytics cookies are used only after you have given your consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings.

Technically necessary cookies may be set when you log in to a user account. These cookies are required for operation; under Section 25(2) TDDDG, consent is not required for them.

5. Enquiry form on product pages

On the product pages you can use a form to send a non-binding enquiry about a piece of furniture. In doing so, your name, your email address, the name of the product and your message are processed. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been finally dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your name and email address in order to send you information about new pieces and our work.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by an informal message to info@planbdesign.se. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected.

7. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Tag Manager is a tool for managing website tags. It does not itself set any cookies and does not collect any personal data; it serves solely to trigger other services.

If Tag Manager triggers a service that collects data, this takes place only with your consent. Without your consent, no analytics or marketing services are loaded via Tag Manager.

8. Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to evaluate the use of this website. Among other things, the pages viewed, time spent, approximate location based on the truncated IP address, device used and the origin of the visit are recorded.

IP anonymisation is active by default in Google Analytics 4; your IP address is truncated by Google and not stored in full. A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a transfer is also based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings on this website.

9. External links

This website contains links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook. Data is transmitted to the respective provider only once you click one of these links. This does not happen when you merely view our pages. The respective provider is responsible for data processing after the click.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).

To exercise them, an informal message to info@planbdesign.se is sufficient.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As the controller is based in Sweden, this is the Swedish data protection authority Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, Sweden. You may equally contact the supervisory authority of your habitual place of residence in Germany.

12. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not take place.

13. Changes to this policy

We will adapt this privacy policy as soon as the functions of this website or the legal requirements change. Should analytics or marketing services be used in future, this policy will be supplemented accordingly beforehand.
